These Terms of Service govern your use of accounting and financial services provided by AG Financial Consultants ("we," "our," or "the firm").

- HMRC Compliance Support
3. Scope of Services
The scope of our services will be determined by mutual agreement and documented in our engagement letter. Any services not specifically included in the engagement letter are excluded from the scope of our services.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
Our fees are based on the complexity of services provided and will be clearly communicated before engagement. Payment terms are as follows:
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
- We accept bank transfers and major credit cards
- Late payments may incur additional charges
5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Information will only be shared as required by law or with your explicit consent.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, documents, and advice provided remain the intellectual property of AG Financial Consultants. You may use these materials for your personal use only.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice. You remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
